When my Revlon eyelash
curler broke, I scrambled to buy another.
I NEED an eyelash curler. It is an essential product in my life. I did a bit of research to find a better
eyelash curler because I have been using the same for over 20 years and though
it wasn’t the best, I didn’t know any better.
Apparently the Shu Uemura IS the best and I wanted the best. When I went to Shoppers (Pharmaprix in Quebec), they didn’t carry
the Shu Uemura curler but the salesperson said, “We just received the new eyelash
curler from Lancôme.”I was definitely sketched out because I knew it would be expensive. But I went along and pretended to be interested. After a brief search she brought out an ordinary looking eyelash curler with a price tag of $25. Eek! “No thanks!” Then I spotted a gold eyelash curler. What brand was this and how much, I inquired. It turned out to be Quo and for $8. Saweet! Quo is the Shopper’s Drug Mart house brand of cosmetics. Sometimes their products are more expensive sometimes cheaper. Because of the gold coloring and a fancy looking spring, I bought it immediately even though I really wanted the Shu Uemura. And it works perfectly. This eyelash curler doesn’t pinch, it gets every eyelash, and it’s easy to handle. I couldn’t be happier! What’s your favorite eyelash curler? Has anyone tried a heated eyelash curler? Am I missing out?
