Live Clean Shampoo & Conditioner

By Min

For as long as I can remember, I have always bought moisturizing shampoo and conditioner. The first paraben-free product that I bought was shampoo. Live Clean to be precise. Live Clean, a Canadian company, touts itself as "a unique eco-friendly beauty care line that delivers exceptional results using natural, plant based ingredients." (I always accidently pronounce it "live," rhyming with alive.)
They smell so good!  They were more expensive than the regular cheap shampoo on special but I had decided to make a stand for my health.  So I stockpile them when they go on special for $5.  My new favorite Live Clean is the clarifying shampoo.  It uses apple cider and smells so good enough to eat.  The first time I washed my hair, it felt so clean.  I mean really, really clean.  It might have been because I hadn’t washed my hair in a couple of days but then it happened again.  I love this shampoo!  The clarifying conditioner is a bit thin for my taste. (I prefer conditioner that globs and sticks to my hair) but it smells great too.  I definitely recommend Live Clean shampoos and conditioners.  Check out their site here. They also have a line of product for babies and a new line of products for the face and body. What are your experiences with Live Clean?

  1. We are a Live Clean exclusive family;) love the hand soap, smells so good! I also use the facial lotion and it's a little on the thin side but absorbs fast and doesn't leave a film like some can. I love that compared to a lot of the natural or organic shampoos this one doesn't break the bank! Definatly recommend all the products on the Live Clean line:) thanks for blogging about this product line !!!

    1. I also use the hand soap and body lotion. But I have not been impressed with the face products so far. The serum reeks of alcohol - I was extremely disappointed about that.

  2. Quite apart from the thinness of the conditioner, I was grumpy using it and the shampoo because THEY DON'T HAVE PUMPS! Hate it when I have to pop a top with wet hands. grrrrrrr!

  3. I personally think that everything should come in pumps. We waste so much otherwise.
I will be doing a review of the Live Clean lotion next month. Stay tuned...
